Things people ask at the bar.

Anything else, call or text. Someone is at the roastery from six thirty.

Call or text (503) 555-0147

How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

Every bag ships within 48 hours of its roast date, which is printed on the label. For espresso we suggest waiting five to seven days off roast; for pour-over, two to three. A bag is at its best for about a month.

Do you grind?

Yes, for any brewer you name: drip, pour-over, press, espresso, cold brew. Whole bean is the default on every order and every subscription.

Can I pick up instead of shipping?

Yes. Choose pickup when you order and we'll text you when it's bagged. Pick it up at the bar any time we're open. Pickup is always free.

Is the café dog-friendly? Where do I park?

Dogs are welcome on the patio, and there's water out. Bike racks are right out front. Street parking on Belmont is free for two hours, and the side streets are unmetered.

Order for pickup or shipping.

Tell us which coffee and how many bags. We'll confirm by text, roast it on the next roast day, and ship it or hold it at the bar with your name on it.
